3D-printed prosthetics, lighter than what you’re wearing now.
Manifest is a clinical partner for Limber, makers of the world’s first fully 3D-printed transtibial prosthesis. Up to 40% lighter than conventional devices, fabricated from a scan in roughly two weeks, and reimbursable under PDAC L-5999.
Digital workflow. Clinical precision.
Manifest partners with Limber to merge clinically proven care pathways with cutting-edge digital workflows, from 3D scanning and CAD modeling through additive manufacturing and lightweight composite integration.
The result is a prosthesis that comes off the printer as a single unified piece. No manual socket assembly. No multiple check sockets. No weeks of rework. Just a precision-fit device, delivered fast, designed to perform.

Fully 3D-printed transtibial prosthesis with integrated socket and structure, printed as a single unified piece.
Up to 40% lighter than conventional devices, the difference between hour eight feeling tolerable and feeling brutal.
Tested at P6 load level, passed 3M+ cycles, ultimate load >1,000 lbf. Built to the same structural standard as traditional sockets.
Limber Thermoformer jig allows clinical adjustment of flexion, abduction, sagittal/coronal shift, rotation, and height in roughly 10–15 minutes.
Use it in water, rinse off sand and dirt, low-maintenance. Designed for active lives that don’t pause at the shoreline.
Max tested weight 275 lb at P6 (future support up to ~340 lb at P8). Accommodates users up to roughly 6′6″.
Available in 15 Cerakote® color finishes, pick a look that fits the rest of your life.
PDAC L-5999 code supported, reimbursable through insurance, with competitive cash-pay options available.
From scan submission to delivery, typical turnaround is about two weeks.
Custom in-house filament with optimized strength-to-weight ratio. Bio-inspired structural geometry. FDA-registered manufacturing facility.
Scan. Design. Print. Fit.
We combine clinical expertise with Limber’s digital infrastructure to deliver a streamlined, high-precision prosthetic experience.
Scan
Using the Limber mobile app or compatible 3D scanners, the prosthetist captures a high-resolution digital model of the residual limb or current device.
Design
Limber’s engineering team and CPOs use the scan to create a custom prosthetic model via CAD, applying prescription parameters, biomechanical optimization, and structural integrity checks.
Fabricate (3D print)
Produced in Limber’s FDA-registered facility using industrial 3D printers and proprietary materials. No manual assembly of sockets or parts, it comes off the printer as a unified piece.
Delivery & fitting
The device arrives at Manifest in Tampa. Your prosthetist makes minor alignment adjustments on-site using Limber’s alignment workflow tools.
Refinement & follow-up
Any necessary tuning is handled in follow-up visits. The digital record ensures consistency and traceability for future devices.
The practical advantages, in plain English.
- Proven structural robustness and safety. Limber UniLeg passes rigorous ISO 10328:2016 standards at P6 load level, surviving millions of cycles in testing and ultimate loads above 1,000 lbf.
- Element resistance and lifestyle flexibility. Water-safe; rinse off sand or dirt; built to keep up with your real life.
- Precision fit, minimal rework. The scan-to-manufacture pipeline means highly accurate fit out of the box, fewer adjustment rounds, fewer check sockets.
- Accessible and reimbursable. PDAC L-5999 eligible with competitive cash-pay options for patients without coverage.
- Future features built in. Molded Tread (integrated outsole traction for barefoot movement) and other next-generation options are coming, without aftermarket modifications.
- Backed by a real clinic. Manifest’s in-house team handles fit, follow-up, and adjustments locally in Tampa. The technology is digital, the care is in person.
